Whilst David, works with adults in one to one sessions and facilitates groups at the Ecotherapy Hedge School, his colleague Helen O’Neill is a Senior Clinical Psychologist and Mindfulness Teacher who works young people and families. Niall Nolan, a long-time colleague of David’s from their social care days, has almost 30 years meditation experience and is also a Mindfulness Teacher. Both Helen and Niall are fully qualified to teach Mindfulness and are currently in the process of completing their MSc Degrees in Teaching Mindfulness at the highly respected Bangor University in the UK.

Helen O’Neill is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with 16 years experience working with young people and families. Areas of interest include Paediatrics, health related anxiety and mindfulness based therapy. Helen worked in New Zealand for several years in adult mental health and is now in her final year of a Masters in Teaching Mindfulness at Bangor University, Wales and teaches mindfulness courses for adults. She is also a certified mindfulness in schools teacher. Helen is available for therapeutic work with young people.

Niall is an experienced mindfulness teacher now in his 4th year on the Masters Degree Program in Teaching Mindfulness Approaches at the Centre for Mindfulness, Research and Practice, School of Psychology, Bangor University, Wales. Niall has a professional background in Community Care Social Work and Family Support, and has also worked in the private and voluntary sector. He has lived and worked in Australia for 25 years and also spent time working in Indonesia. Niall has been practicing mindfulness meditation since 1988.
