Counselling Psychotherapy for Men
and Male Related Issues
Real men don’t eat quiche…..and don’t do counselling! Ok?
However, what would it feel like to become stronger, more sure and centred and perhaps more courageous than you have ever felt in your entire life?
Men have every right to give themselves the support that counselling psychotherapy offers. What may surprise a lot of men is that they don’t have to worry about ‘what to say’, how to ‘manage the sessions’ or indeed ‘take instruction’ from another person. Although meeting with a counselling psychotherapist for the first time may feel somewhat unusual, Men quickly realise that when they meet me at Walk Inniú as clients, they are the ones in control of the sessions. This creates a self-reassuring feeling, which encourages people to relax and begin to explore what might be holding them back in their friendships and relationships, their workplace or their lives in general.
As a human being with needs and wants, the question is why would you not give yourself every advantage possible for real happiness, growth and learning?
“The greatest deception men suffer is from their own opinions.”
